Cancellation Policy for Yeishita The Hair Witch LLC Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I take pride in providing each client with my full attention and expertise. To ensure that all my clients receive the best possible experience, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Requirement: • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. 3. No-Shows: • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. 4. Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being rescheduled and a late cancellation fee applied. 5. Emergency Exceptions: • I understand that life happens! In case of emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation.
